Atomfall: Key Item Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide
In the world of Atomfall, progression is often locked by more than just radiation and robots. Key Items—ranging from physical iron keys to high-tech keycards and unique quest objects—are the only way to bypass locked bunker doors, access hidden server rooms, or solve the regional "Leads" that drive the story.
Finding these items requires a keen eye and often requires exploring dangerous, high-infection zones. Most keys are found on the remains of scientists and soldiers or hidden within the very structures they unlock.
Below is the list of key item locations across the quarantine zone. Each entry includes a link leading to our regional Atomfall interactive maps you can use while tracking these items in the game.
